WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR DUTIES AND TAXES?

Orders shipped within the European Union (EU) are including taxes, customers will not pay for any additional duties, customs nor taxes.

Orders shipped outside of EU will be excluded of tax and you (the customer) will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that Vin’s Answer does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.  

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Vin’s Answer, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

We have five different sizes available: S | M | L | XL | XXL

Our sizes are very straight forward and we do offer two different ways of measuring to give you the best possible help to choose the right size. Please navigate to our Size Guide to see the two alternatives of measuring for the perfect fit.

Our designers recommend that you go with a smaller size for a more snug fit, and a bigger size if you prefer a more loose fit.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We offer shipping to over 130 different countries around the globe. You can check all the countries here.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

The shipping cost varies depending on the location of the delivery. You can learn more about the costs here.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once you’ve received the confirmation that we have shipped your order from our warehouse in Stockholm, it will usually take between 1 to 5 business days for your package to arrive, depending on destination.

HOW IS THE CHECKOUT SECURITY?

We offer payment through Stripe, one of the leading payment gateways on the market. Non of the payment information provided on our site will be seen nor stored by Vin’s Answer. Your information will be as secure as it gets when it comes to online purchasing.

All payments that go through on our site will be checked by Stripes own fraud protection algorithm, if there is a red flag your order may be cancelled, in this case you will be contacted through the email you have given us during checkout for further investigation.

WHAT'S YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We offer payment through Stripe which offers payment with major cards like; Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

We do not offer PayPal as a payment method as of right now but do plan on including this alternative in the near future.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer 25-days hassle-free return on all items!

The item/s must be in original condition with the hygiene seal remaining in place on all intimate wear.  Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements. 

Vin’s Answer offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

Requesting a return has never been this easy!

We offer 25-days hassle-free return on any item on our website.

To initiate a return, simply follow the steps here.

(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)

Once the items have been received, you will receive a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

Vin’s Answer cannot be held liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
